bought a handbag worth 6000 rs 2-3 months back from juhu store.

today in the morning the zip/chain came out and i got the shock of my life.

after spending this kind of money do you expect such poor quality from a brand like this.

idemand no repair but a complete replacement as i cant trust the bag or else refund my money.

need an explanation and respolution ASAP
