I had purchased a bag from Hidesign Boutique in Bangalore in September. They promise a year's warranty. All the stitches came out within four months. They refused to replace the bag saying it is being used which is unfair because the bag is in warranty, I compromised on getting the bag repaired. Its been more than 40 days now and I have not got my bag back. This is a very serious issue because I spent rs.4000/- on it and this is the way a consumer is treated. I have not even heard from them once when can I atleast ge tmy repaired bag back. Big names like Hidesign are not expected to do this.
They should now replace my bag.
