Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings from an extremely disgruntled customer.
I love the BRAND HIDESIGN... Have heard a lot about the brand & its promises...& have been a 'high spending' customer for this brand...
Now, starts the unpleasant surprise...
On the 4th Feb I had give a purse & a wallet for repairs on very miner problems of the zip & small wear & tear of the purse & the wallet... The purse was bought from the Nariman Point store & the wallet from shopper stop Bandra (MUMBAI)...
I have give them for repair at Inorbit mall & the person handling the store promised a months time to get it repaired.
Today is the 16th March..its been 1mth 12days & i have still not received the purse & the wallet...
I have visited the store twice till now & the bag & the wallet has still not come...
I have been a loyal customer of this brand & really ashamed to face this trouble...
This incident has brought me a lot of discomfort with the brand... The unresponsiveness and unexplainable delay is upsetting me a lot!
With great regret I complain that the attitude of the brand is not appropriate and it is really humiliating to follow up/ visits regularly for such a small repair for my purchased product.
It is really surprising to note that a company of such repute has such irresponsible dealers/retailers.
You are requested to take up this matter and arrange for the some compensation for all the trouble that i have faced by visiting the stores after my work & getting no positive response form your end.
I look forward for your cooperation and positive reply.
And mind you, this is the last recourse I am taking...
