Not getting relpacement of new shoes

I have purchased one pair of bata Diwali sandel, no. 8616029 on 12th April from Baguiati, Narayantala, V.I.P, Kolkata-61 which was of Rs.449. After 7 days of use I saw the Stitches was opened and the condition of the shoes was very bad. Then I go to the shop but I got very worse bahaviour from the shopkeeper and he told me that it can't be replaced. So, please tell me what should I do now?
