I purchased Jock pot cheppals on 23rd Nov. when I used that on 24th Nov found one is very tight and another one is loose. The shope person says it cannot be replaced or repaird. Kindly let me know what to do.
I feel that there is only one option that is "complaint in Consumer Form" if the problem is not solved in the customer care bench.
