I had purchased suit material for my wedding reception from Jaihind collection, Chinchwad branch. Mostly all my shopping generally is from Jaihind either Chinchwad or from Laxmi Road branch. Some of the sales people in both the branches know me very well.
On recommendation from one of the sale person, I had gone ahead and gave my suit for stiching, I had ordered custom suit 3 Pcs, I had asked to make it in proper fitting similar to one that we get in readymade.
This was the first time i was stiching from Jaihind, The order was placed on 3rd Oct '10 and was suppose to do the trails on 9th Oct '10, Till date only trails have been happening and my D-day has arrived. It is to my surprise that still the suit is not in proper fitting, The problem with the fitting is that the waist-coat is too tight and nothing can be done now to loosen it, Also the two slits behind the suit do not overlap and open up to show the gap between the slits which as per me is very unusual and not proper fitting.
To this the tailor is argueing that the fitting what ever is now is proper and i have to accept it as it is.
My question is, The whole purpose of gong for custom tailoring is to have that proper fitting, and even after customising it i am not getting the desire result then what is the us of it.
What is have requested is to rectify the problem or else offer me the material back so that i can stich it elsewhere as i need the suit on Monday i.e 25th Oct '10.
The tailoring staff at jaihind is not cooperative at all and even the store manager Mr. Vishal Dani is trying to convince me and justiying that what is say is wrong.
This experience is terrifying and horrible, I have to think whether in future is can ever enter into any jaihind store.
I hope my issue will be over and resolve and a solution will be provided.
