With great disappointment I have to bring to your notice, that your desk manager at your dealer store in Centre One Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai is an extremely arrogant and non-customer friendly manager I have ever encountered across any international professional brand. One of your products (Charme, Multiway, Style : 1718) is causing boils all over my wifes body, same has never been encountered with any other similar brands products. We went to the above outlet only to submit this product for sending the same back to Jockey Factory for further test and analysis, we didn't even ask for any refund and just wanted to provide Jockey with a Feedback to help make their products better, but it seems Jockey does not intend to make its products better with the help of customer feedback, as your Manager simply refused to accept it. Ridiculous and one of the most stupidest Managers I have ever seen, Seriously.
Me and my family are a loyal Jockey brand buyers and we purchase goods worth around 150000 per annum, although small in terms of Jockey's business still a substantial amount for a retail consumer.
After above fiasco I promise never to buy any Jockey product ever again in my life, and will see to it that none of my close friends & family ever buy a jockey product again. If your personnel are trained to interact with customers in such manner and their attitude remains the same, I promise you that its not far when Jockey looses a large customer base
