Manufacturing defected trouser replacement denied

I am regular customer of Koutons. I had purchased shirts & trousers of amount Rs. 4110.00 from koutons outlet situated at Malviya Nagar (Francise- J.P Creations (P) Ltd.), Out of above one trouser has manufacturing defect & i had not washed that trouser. When contacted to koutons outlet i.e J.P Creations (P) ltd., Malviya nagar & koutons helpline number at gurgaon for replacement. The relacement was refused without any solid reaon so i request you to take strict action against koutons retail india ltd./ J.P creations so that no one is befooled any longer.
