I am Amit gupta, i had purchased two cloth (Top) for my wife from koutons retail india ltd, vaishali nagar, Jaipur branch on 03-07.
Detail of the faded cloth is Serial no. k01017221363/M, bill memo no. is UUUU-0006433 dated 03/07
I was paid the amount of 725.00 INR by debit card with the invoice no. 005346 and with the warranty of replacement of faulty cloth within six month.
After one wash of cloth became faded and looked very dirty.
We went in the retailer for showing that cloth, one person in the retail told that you became late and we have to see and he called His manager. manager seen the cloth and suddenly started shouted on me and my wife in front of his staff and customers that this cloth will not be replace and also told like" go anywhere i will not replace the same"
i also remembered him about the warranty, he told there is no warranty like this and i have not written anywhere.
After discussion with many people they suggested me to go in consumer forum.
Please provide me the justice for the faded cloth replacement, petrol charges, mentally disturbance because of manager shouting and bad behaviour with me and my wife.
