Showroom harassment

I bought an jeans on 3 jan from levis showroom on apsara road jammu.the jeans stich has some problem stich is getting streched .on complainig the showroom people did not handle my problem and after lot of stress they just told to leave the jeans there and contact them after an month and a half.this kind of a behaviour will not be acceptable to any customer and my mail is to make the company notice the harrasment i am facing from this showroom and will appreciate a suitable action from the company.
