QUALITY ISSUE

Dear Team,

Iam from Pallavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

This is regarding my expression towards the unsatisfied way of dealing with a customer by Murugan Dresses which is located in Pallavaram (near subway), Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

I purchased a full pant in this shop for an considerable money value and found that there is no button / buckle in it so I exchanged it and got another pant in another size which suits me but again the size was not matching to me and when I went to them to return it they didn't accept the cloth indicating that the pant has undergone ironing process which I have also accepted but my worry is that, I believe that they didn't even express their regret for such a quality less product to the customer and also they didn't give me any compensation (atleast minimum amount from my payment).

So I was really upset with this loss of my money. Kindly request concerned authorities to take action against such shops.
