I am Pankaj Mishra. I bought a pair of shoe from LIBERTY GLIDERS on 2nd Jan Of Rs- 1300/-. After 20 days the shoe of my right leg will be cracked at right side. So i give it to the shop for repairing. So the shopkeeper ask me that the shoe will be repair in 7 days but the shoe will be repair in around 15 days. After that when i was gone to collect my shoe to the shop, I was totally shocked because my shoe will be repair very badly. It was not in this condition to wear it again.
I complain to the company via E-mail, but they are not reacting on my complain properly. they are doing only time - pass.
Please help who I can claim on company.
