Not Refunding Security Deposite of 6 Lacks

I have taken a frenchisee of Liverpool Retail India Private Limited on the name of Tiwari Traders in Dausa in Rajasthan. They have even not sending the clothes or even they are not returning the Security Deposite of amount Rs. 6 Lacks.. When we have approched then at ahmedabad they gave us a cheque of Rs. 1 Lack that was dishonourd by the bank.

Kindly help us how to get our money back
