My consumer no 425942 with the dealer LV Reddy Gas Service, bownpally, Hyderabad. The problems for booking lpg refill are
1 There telephone no 2775 0715 and 2775 3549 is always engaged. If at all By god’s grace ring goes and hear the ringing some I got relief but it is only temporary why because it is not answered. Again you keep trying for hours together. As an administrator, you too should try to contact over these nos and should feel the pinch of it.
2 Secondly I had booked for refill on 3410 on online and allotted sl no 2. Till date I am yet to get refill
3 I also booked the gas through SMS on 13410, 12410, to no 9010596930.
4 Still I am trying to book gas over phone as I am trying since many days.
5 I am aged 70 difficult for me to move 5 to 6 kms for booking gas in person
