Early damage of shoes

I have bought the shoes from metro shoes on 24/112011 from 32The Mall amritsar. After Approximate two months the cottrage started removing from the upper and side portions of the shoes .then i move to the showroom regarding the complaint, the company has done nothing and give me the shoes by just polishing the shoes .now after two days the cottrage again started removing from the shoes ..the shoe cost is 2490.00rs.and the distance to the showroom from my house is 80 km up n down ..i have visited three times regarding thr complaint
