Negligent and very rude behaviour of staff

I visited the south extension store yesterday, 9th October. This is a complaint against the lady who has designed her collection of readymade suits which are on the lower ground floor of the store. Her collection is a total mismatch, the kurtas do not match with the lowers at all. On being told the same as a suggestion, she became very rude and started screaming. Rather than being open to customer feedback, she took to a heated argument with her customer. I am a regular at this store and its for the first time i experienced such a thing. It was very disappointing for me and my family. This sort of behaviour goes as a negative mark on Nalli's brand name.
