This is really poor service ur giving to retailers, our machine is not working from sunday, we put a compaint on monday at telephone no. given on c card machine nd that is 0172-3924523 but till to day nobody has been to our store. When i call at that no. everytym they r saying that the guy is coming to u in afternoon then in evening nd so on, i dont know wht the hell service ur giving, We have 10 stores nd if this is the service i am sorry to say that we have to change all the machines. At last i got cell no. of some senior Mr, varinder mobile no.is 09357243614 but i m shocked that even he is not entertaining the complaint nd moreover he is not picking the phone. I dont know why u have kept this type of staff who is not doing his work. Our's is retail store so i am losing my business coz c card machine is not working nd seriously all the loss of our sale u should be resposible for that. And i will not let u go so easy.
