I ordered a pair of red heels from Shoe Ocean on 9-24-12. I paid $29.99 for them. When I received the item the right heel of the shoe had a big, black scuff on it and also had a big, white glue-looking stain on it. I emailed the company and they emailed me back a return shipping address label but shipping wasn't paid for! So I took the item to the post office to return it and shipping cost me $13.65!! I emailed a copy of my post office receipt to Shoe Ocean asking that they reimburse me for the shipping and they said NO!! They said that they didn't have my Visa card so they couldn't refund me the shipping cost. I emailed them saying that if they hadn't sent me a damaged item they I wouldn't have had to pay almost $14 to ship the damaged item back to them! I also told them that because I requested an exchange (for the same item but UNDAMAGED) they could easily deduct the $13.65 from the $29.99 that I will be charged for the exchange. I told them they are unprofessional and do not handle situations appropriately. I order from Amazon all the time and I will never order from Shoe Ocean EVER AGAIN!! I will also make sure my friends and family don't either. I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and it turns out Shoe Ocean already has an "F" from them. So apparently I'm not the first customer with a problem with Shoe Ocean. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
