Subject: Complaint against bad quality shoes..!!

I bought runing shoes from "NIKE" (NO :- 314852-105) on 09-09 from the nike company showroom in DB mall bhopal (f-12, first floor). After wearing it i realized that the front part of the shoes is not so comfortable as i expected and the shoes i bought is for runing purpose and nike always committ that its runing shoes are of very good quality but there is defect in the shoes. I had complaint about this after using two three times but your employee said to me that the problem will go automatically after using it for sometime. I had also given the shoe to the shop to remove the defect but they there was no positive response from your side. The quality of the shoes are not upto the mark. I am not satisfied with your uncasual response
I would request for a REPLACEMENT for my shoes at the earliest possible, I dont expect such quality of shoes from a company like NIKE after paying so much. I Expect a satisfactory reply at the earliest from your side.
