DELAY IN DELIVERY

We use to get Parcels, Letters etc. from our Karur 639006 (Tamilnadu) Office and they are regularly using your Service only.

But the last consignment from Karur vide your AWB No. T41237403 despatched on 3rd January was delivered to us (Annamar Export, No.3, First Floor, Victoria Layout 5th Cross Road, (Behind SBI), Bangalore 560047) only on 5th January. i.e. after two days.

Further one more Consignment despatched from Karur on 5th January vide AWB No. T41238377 is yet to be received (Time 13.30 Hrs). Your Tracking systems shows that the consignment was despatched from the Origin, but there is no information about the delivery position.

Even if we will try to contact your Customer No.41606060, we are unable to get the connection the whole day inspite of our dialing more than 50 times. Even today morning also, we tried to contact 41606060, but our approach went on vain. What is the reason for this. Atleast the Customer care must be easily contacted atleast on our dialing after two or three times. but it is impossible.

Usually we get the Letters or Parcel on the second day from its despatch, but from this New Year, undue delay is happening. Kindly rectify and asnwer to us to our mail ID: "[email protected]" and see that the Parcel is delivered to us immediately without any more delay.
