We bought a desktop from Arcamax in May. The system has been giving problem from day one. Takes a long time to boot. The monitor message says "Non preset mode". At times system is very slow. We called up their customer care & they sent a person from BenQ saying that monitor might be having a problem. The person from BenQ clearly said that its a system problem. We called Arcamax again to convey the message and the Support Manager there started telling me that it could be a problem at the user end which means we are not using the system properly. He also said that some new software must have been installed & that is causing the problem. Instead of sending someone to check, he was trying to analyze things from there. He was rude & arrogant in his behaviour. This is not the first time we are facing a problem with Arcamax. We made a mistake of going back to them for exchange of old desktop.
