Assembled computer
Non-return of article submitted for repair under guarantee

I purchased an assembled computer from ``PP Electronics & surgical Aids, B 27/70, Anupam Apartments, Opp. Bank of baroda, Durgakund, Varanasi'' on date 31-10-05 which got defective and I submitted the article to same shop for repair on date 13-09-06 vide work order no. 1077. On date of submission, computer was under guarantee. The shop owner now is not interested to return the article. Whenever I reach the shop he does not entertain me.
