This is to bring to your kind notice that Authorised Partners of HP Associate Business Computers have replaced 1 Gb RAM of my Hp Pavillion Notebook with 256 Mb RAM.
I deposited my laptop for servicing at Associate Business Computers, Delhi (Authorised partners of HP), on 12/01.The laptop was under extended warranty, and my reference no is XC12876616. I was assured that it will be serviced within 2 working days. The DVD drive, screen, panel and motherboard needed to be chanded. It was returned to me after 1 month. I already launched a complaint against Associate Business Computers with Hp, on Feb 3.
After they returned the system, it became very slow. I thought that this was due to some virus problem. I tried a number of anti virus for next 2 months and finally formatted the system. However, it remained slow, and when i checked, i found that my 1Gb RAM has been replaced by 256 Mb RAM. Please take the matter seriously as such incidence is unacceptable from reputed company like Hp. Please make sure that the Licence of Associate Business Computers is cancelled.
