Can i join this Company

I am without job since 2008. Every one is saying that though this company is mid sized one but higlhy and they have technical tie up with HP Hewlett Packard. can i join.. I want to get gud experience and go into any MNC as there is much demand for experienced engineers and not freshers. Seniors pls advice
