This is just a wap of time that the innocent people will be fooled again. There are several other examples where people were promised huge returns, but got nothing.
The auster BPO proised timley pay, but unfortunately, they have delayed the pays uoto 2 months. The had always issued cheque, which is supposed to be presented ony after confirming with them, what kind of company is this. I has provided supporting software for several other companies, but never come accross such conditiones.
What is the reason, the company only prefers backward districts of UP, if you want good development, why not select a metro city. or atleast the work force shold be from well and firm background. I hav seen people who dont even know the spellings of basic english. When asked few employees, they replied rudly that we have not recieved salary from last 2 months.
Last thing, if it is BPO industry, then why they never encourage NSR, national skill registry, which is issue after the Background verification of the company and nature of work.
One simple story to support this.
One day in a village, far east from gorakhpur a car stops and a person steps out.
He was well dressed and followed by his assistants. The announced in the village that the Mr. XXXX is a very big buisness man and want to develove the village by providing them excellent job and profit. The villagers attended the meeting in the evening, which ended with light dinner and a applaud. The buisness started was
for each monkey the villagers will catch and give to the concerned person appointed by Mr.xxxxx will be paid Rs. 50. Since the village was surrounded by the jungle and monkeys was in huge population, the villagers left all the other jobs and started catching the monkeys. They were paid nicely. The monkeys were exported to some unknown place.
After few months the monkeys were rare and it was difficult to catch them. again the reward was revised and this time Rs. 100 for each monkey! again the villagers were dying and crying for monleys. The scene continued for another few months. The population of the monkeys again droped, again the villagers lost the interest and again the rtes were revised to Rs. 250 per monkey. Again the enthu was high for few days. Then the monkeys were next to nill. This time the reward was revised as high as Rs. 600 per monkey.
But this time it was not possible for the villagers to find a single monkey. The assistants of Mr. XXXX suggested an idea to the villagers. they said " Reward for one monkey is Rs. 600, you pay us just Rs. 450 and we will give you the monkeys back, without anyones info and you can sell it to them for 600, then what the total monkeys bought by Mr. XXXX over the months time, were sold in few hours. People brought there ornaments, cash etc. amd bought the monkey (s). Then they went home with a joy of selling it tommorrow and encashing the deal.
Next morning they came as per the discussion, but Mr. XXX, his assistants, the big trucks with cage were not present. It didn't took much time for the innocent villagers, who always turn the smartest popullation after the game is over, that they have been fooled using basic maths.
So guys, be smart decide it yourself. Every one is not cheater, but most of them are! don't waste your youth for work which will render you useless after few month (s). Choose a carear which gives less at the begining, but lasts for atlease some time giving you a brighter future. And at last remeber only one thing, 10000 X 10000 is 100000000. so nothing changes as far as maths is concerned.
