About the draft of Rs. 3300

Hi,

I received a confirmation letter from your company regarding selection of computer operator and I came to know that I must send a draft of RS. 3300/- to your company and the last date of sending that draft is 20th Aug.

Under this circumstances I want to know that why it is required to send that much amount of draft?

Also I want to inform you that I received that mail on 18th Aug and it is not possible for me to send the draft within the last date.
