These are the details of the project:
Our client is back office consulting company in based in canada with office in california:-
(1) Data- In excel format
Need to enter the data in the given CRM, the data is related to the HR payroll management, need to ypdate the info like salary struchure, PF details, profile info and their employment history.
(2) The service provider will be provided the rework however we need upto 99.99% quality. The center will be provided data to enter in the CRM given by the company.
(3) The center will be provided with the training (onsite and off-site both) for 15 days and if required it can be extended to 21 days depending on performance.
(4) Once the training is conducted the agents will go under certain certifications, the agents clearing the certification will go on floor for live work.
(5) The company with provide the secure access to the live servers for performing the work and provide all the technical set up required for the project.
(6) If the service provider found guilty of data theft and misleading the project is liable to pay for the damages in case of any violation of the norms mentioned in the contract.
(7) During the Training period the service provider will be paid @ $2 per hour per agents and while performing live work after training the service provider will be paid @ $4 per hour per agent and the billing cycle would be on fortnight bases. The center will receive the payment via wire transfer within 72 hours of raising invoice.
(8) The center will be paid advanvce after the certification once the agents go live on the floor.
(8) All the quality checks and MSI reports should be submitted at the end of the day and center will receive the feedback on the following day.
(10) Initially center has to pay $15 per seat as the technical set up charges for the CRM and UIDs.
Technical Set up requirement:-
(1) 2 mbps high speed internet.
(2) atleast p-iv PCs with one GB RAM
(3) Fireball secured network for access to our live linux severs
(4) Putty software to acces the servers (provided by the company)

This is a scam. I have no access to stop this. I have tried to get it off the site and I have tried to get the bank to take action but they want a fir and I caanot issue one of those from Canada
