I am one of the employee in that company. I am openly telling there is no respect for employee in that company. And Beta technologies Manager's and HR are scold to do work in extra timing and scold to do night timing, If you didn't accept less your salary and after their need's are done they will spottily resigned your job. No response for final year student also the students are need to wait minimum 4hour's what a company sir. No guaranty course's for students.
Big complaints:
No proper communication between employer's and Hr and MD.
No guaranty for job.
No proper salary.
No proper timing fr employee.
No proper respect for employee.
No proper job for employee any time they resigned your job, If you didn't shake your head whatever they told.
