I am Gavaskar from Chennai, I live in kodambakkam. I had a terrible experience with BEYOND IT SOLUTIONS, KODAMBAKKAM. That’s what I’m going to narrate here. I had a problem with my laptop, processor fan didn’t work well. So, I went to BEYOND IT SOLUTIONS, KODAMBAKKAM. I asked them to replace processor fan. They replaced the processor fan and they told me it costs Rs-1500. I asked the bill for processor fan, they said that, they won’t give purchase bill to client and they gave a receipt for replaced a part and serviced charge sum of Rs-1700. I paid the amount and brought my laptop back to home. A day after I found the problem in my built in microphone which was working well at the time I gave it to BEYOND IT SOLUTIONS, KODAMBAKKAM.. Now, I asked BEYOND IT SOLUTIONS, KODAMBAKKAM about the same problem. They denied it and replied in a harsh manner and refused to fix the issue. I know it, they only made this problem, now they are refusing it… if they make any mistake in your product, they won’t replace it instead of replacing it they blame customers… BEWARE OF BEYOND IT SOLUTIONS, KODAMBAKKAM….
