I'm working in binary systems and they send one machine though your courier (no.197192334) on 10th july.this courier is very urgent one and i requested to your tvm branch staff mr. Binu and also to the person who is carrying this mobile number 09387088804. they delayed the courier and committed to deliver the item on 3.00pm. but they didn't delive the item on time and also said that it'll again take about an hour.. the address is with in the city limit and just 7 to 8 ikm away from your godown. each time they are making excuses and not willing to deliver on time.
so kindly take necessary action
