be aware about "Brandmantra solutions Pvt. Ltd - www.brandmantra.net" because they are committed many things earlier at the time of hiring people but after recruiting they refused to maintain their commitment also at the time of leaving company they are not paying last month salary & required papers like- relieving lattes, experience certificates etc.

Also they are not able to give appraisal after recruiting. It’s a very dangerous company for all IT peoples at Kolkata.
