Sir,

My land line number 0422 2683060 is held by me since a decade. Noe i converted it to broadband connection for my children's facility, but to my dismay on no month we used it more than minimum limit as very frequently line gets disturbed. They at Sulur exchange authorities say no written complaint is needed but very frequently disturbed. My son who is a student goes to browsing centre for his work.

Every month ceremoniously bill comes and we pay religeously that is it. But nobody bothers.

Please check my usage in any month it may be bare minimum as connection to broadband is in accessible always.
