BSNL Broadband
BSNL Broadband is like tortoise

I have a bsnl broadband connection or you can say a tortoise connection.its too slow most of the time.its hard to say it a broaband connection.please help make broadband speed the way it should be. I imagine when our country will have a internet speed like in other countries (as such Korea, China etc.). They are the real broadband connection.
