I AM A SUBSCRIBER FOR BSNL BROAD BAND WITH PHONE NO; 040 - 2404 1617. IT IS VERY SLOW AND AT TIMES NOT AT ALLWORKING. THE INSTRUMENT GIVEN IS ALSO NOT PROPER AND ALWAYS OT IS GIVING TROUBLE. AS I AM A SINCERENSENIOR CITIZEN AGED ABOUT 76 YEARS, I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO ANY OTHER PRIVATE BROAD BAND, BUT YOUR INACTIONS ARE PROVING A GREAY LOSS TOME, AS I AM TAX CONSULTANT AND USE 24 HOURS IN A DAY BROAD BAND.
