No proper service to broadband customers

I applied for broadband connection with plan 'home250', i got it but after that i applied to change the plan to 'HOME COMBO 500c' on January 14, but i did't got it.

I went to the BSNL office to check what is the problem? People working there checked their system, it was showing that the new plan is activated on Jan 21.But it was not visible in the portal.

The just said not to use the service according to new plan, use the old one only for now, new plan will be effective from the next month (March).

So i waited but the new plan is still not activated.
