This is to bring to ur notice that Pantel Technologies are making wrong promises and commintments regarding the delivery of BSNL PENTA TAB. I am Vinod. V i had ordered for the tab REF: PENT0064484 and i received a mail to pay 3674 of money at Punjab national bank, i paid the same at the bank on 22-05 with acknowledgement number M403142, after that i received a confirmation mail of payment clearance and i confirmed from the customer care also, they told that everything is ok u will get the product within 10 days till now i have not received, now when i try to call the customer care the numbers are not working and these are the numbers and mail id where i was getting touch with {customer support numbers are 0120 4277731-32, 4308999, 6454613, 6456849, 6456870. In case you cannot get through the customer support number, please email us at [email protected]} . I here by request u to take action legally and help me to get back the deposited amount. As well as compensation for wrong promises and wasting the time of mine givng wrong information.
