BSNL - SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO RESPONSE AT ALL

I wanted to get a new broadband connection for that i thought of calling BSNL customer service.

This what really happened when i thought of buying a product from BSNL.

Customer service numbers will be ringing the whole day but wont get any kind of response..

I went online looked for most of BSNL contact number in cochin. Got connected to most of other numbers but never got connected to the broadband service number.

I treid almost 9 numbers today. Got connected to 5 of them, asked the assistant to help me with broadband service number and answer was they "dont know".

Iam genuine customer who is trying to buy a product from BSNL and this is how we get treated.

I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THE BUYERS TO STAY AWAY FROM BSNL... BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! BIG TIME!!!

I feel so sorry fo BSNL because the company is employing bunch of idiots in ernakulam...

I havent seen such an irresposnsible group of idiots working for such a big company.
