I have paid in full and more over the contract price for a website and software with the owner for a job that should not have taken more than 120 days but was dragged on for well over a year. Other than a template none was demonstrated to be a working site and now the owner, Roshan, has disappeared or had not responded to our emails for three weeks now. We have dealt with him in good faith and with patience and we couldn't believe he would do such a thing. Can any of you help us locating Roshan? Money is one thing but the time spent is unrecoverable. We are located in San Francisco and any help would be appreciated!
