Its is very bad company in Coimbatore. they don't know how to take interview.working environment is very worst and they treat employee as slave.the project manger named Siva dont know any thing about the project and no knowledge in the programming language. only one person know the every thing he is boopathy. other than him no one knows any thing. they will ask time sheet for break also.they wont allow u to interact with other.if so that should be informed to team lead then u have to interact, that time also should be excluded form your work time.they will ask u to stay in night on next day u should be in regular time.like this it will happen weekly twice.if u join that company u will be out of the world.
Siva knows only how to terminate the ppl from office. because he have survive there. they treat IT employee as data entry operator.no one that company is true to each other.they will treat new employee as slave they wont interact.because they are seniors.my best advice not join this CAP Digi Soft solution (CDS) coimbatore.
