igrapix solutions is a web dsigning company. having just 3 to 5 employees and try to earn 5 lakhs from them but give salary below 8 thousand and get works from 9 am to 9pm. no emergency holidays. if taken mean they want to work on sunday. and he will scold our entire family in front of all employees. no gaps in between that exactly 30 mins break if 1 min late that day will treat as leave. if u come at 9.01 they will treat that day as leave. that ramesh (MD for that 3 peoples) comes at 8.55 and get the attendance. late comes he will scold like anything. he treats employees like slave. they hire people with 1 year agreement and submiting educational documents. after 8 to 9 months he voluntarily make many problems to that employee for the bond and asking money for return the certificate. the employees leaving from the company, go to the next company, in background verification this guy ramesh tells bad about the employee, that employee never get job with this experience. so people dont go this company and the company like this.
dont spoil your wonderful life, to go to the company. better u can get job in bpo's also is helpful.
