Automatic redirectiono in IE browser to motive.bsnl.co.in

I am using BSNL dataone broadband connection. Since last week, whenever I open google.com or some other site, it gets redirected to motive.bsnl.co.in. It is really annoying. Couple of times, it happened when I was doing some online payments.

I am very disappointed with BSNL not to mention there are so many other people who face the same issue.

Please fix this issue immediately.
