Wrong allegation s

Sir,

I purchased a Compaq Presario on Aug and within a month its TFT has a problem. When I logged a complaint, there technician came told us we will replace the TFT .After 10 days when the technician came to repalce the screen he said you physically damaged the screen, it wont cover under warranty. That is the wrong allegation putting by the company. In this case, I kindly need your advice wht should be our next step. Kindly advice me.
