Compaq presario cq40
Very poor service

I have purchased compaq presario cq 40 laptop 6 month back only. hard disc got crashed. noone could tell me the reason. initially the service centre told me that it will take 2-3 days for the new part to come. now its over 3 weeks and every one is telling me sir wait for 1 day or so. trust me the people working are worst i came across. i really dont know if i will ever get my laptop. there is noone who is seriously looking into it. i suggest that be careful before purchasing this product. i will never do or be very care ful
