Complaint about delay in new landline connection and broadband connection installation and activation

Sir,

I Vinshu Gupta have filed a request for BROADBAND TRIAL PACK 1099 at

sanchar hat of Rajouri Garden and have done a payment of Rs.1099 on

28.07.12.I dont have a

landline connection, and officials said that under 1099 plan both

landline connection and BB connection will be provided under 2 to 4

days, Now its about a week gone and still no response is there from

your side.

Furthermore officials arent helping me either. They are just saying we

cant do anything, and its my responsibility to meet area manager of my

area and they are not responsible for delay. I kindly request the

authorties to look into the matter urgently and give me feedback as

soon as possible...
