My dell xps 1530 was picked by one of the executives of ETechies, at that time only display issue was there. 3 days later i was informed that they are going to replace display chip to resolve it..when i received my laptop few keys were non functional and i was told that i will have to bear an additional cost of 2250 INR for a new keypad... I clearly told them my keys were in pretty good state when system was picked but they were not ready to listen anything.. I dont find even a single reason to pay an additional money on a new keypad just because their service engineer screwed my keypad while repairing...
First time when i got a call from them they sounded very professional and rest of the story after that is a big time fraud... they dont repair your system but resolve one problem & create another so that they could overcharge you on that while you are helpless as already paid for their annual plan..
A complete fraud & unprofessional company.. They sure are defaming their own name in the market by making fool of their customers. While they must understand these customers have invested their trust and money in their services and their satisfaction can only lead them to success.. but with this kind of attitude i believe they are not going to survive for long.
