Cool pad s 100

Hi i ve bought Cool pad S 100 from Reliance store Oshiwara Andheri west mumbai in march they said it has a phone contact capacity of 1000 contacts, its there in their brochures too, but actually it has a capacity of 500 contacts only.

i tried to contact them but the store ppl says that the cool pad executive is not coming, we ll convey ur complain n so on ..

its kind of cheating they are doing so lets see if something can be done regarding this.
