I purchased a product from Creative Labs 01/21/10 they deducted the money from my account but did not give me the download. I could not get any information from the site that would allow me to talk too someone on the phone or chat online Creative Source contact just sends you around and around in circles for hours I spent just trying to find out what happen and still this date could not get any information Creative Labs sells to Amazon who could not find anything out for me and stated they had nothing to do with it and that I needed to take it up with Creative Source. I checked my checking account and Creative Source has my money they have a phone number listed 1-800-7100844 but when I called it the man who anwsered the phone stated that they had absoutely nothing to do with Creative Labs. I have spent 9am in the morning and till now 2pm just trying to find out how to contact Creative Labs. I will report them the the Chamber of Commernce and the Better Business Bureau. Beware all Creative Source sells some very expensive items for you not to be able to call and talk to a human being when something goes wrong!
