Paisa back amount is not paid

I have bought a lenovo net book from Ahmedabad croma devarc mall, vide bill no.104-211144 dated 21/12, they offered a scratch card on paisa back scheme, I got 3% cash back on this. Croma asked me to submit all the proofs. I have sent all those to their chennai office. Later enquired about my bank IFC code. That also submitted through reply mail during feb. Sofar they didn't responded back. we do not have any contact numbers of them to contact their chennai office. No call centre number. No mail ID response.
