Dear Sir
My self KARAN SINGH, i have purchaged a LAPTOP R61i Lenovo on dated 18 Dec with three year warranty from CSPL, Compalny Pvt Lmt. Allahabad.
Problem: It have one top-down line on screen, fan is sounding lot and one left key is not working (it is very loose). Now days i am working greater noida.
I have mail to lenovo company (by mail which given on website) and dealer from which i have purchased but those have deny that is it not in warrantee period.
What is should i do?
