Hello Sir/Madame,

Hi this is jaswanth from chennai i had recharged my MTS DATACARD first week of last month the following day i had a problem with the DATACARD it doesnt detects and i handover the instrument to TRIDENT TECHNOLOGIES, APOLLO DUBAI PLAZA IN KODAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI.service person name (BALAJI) On 19 of last month (19.06.2012). They assured me the replacement of DATACARD within 10 days till date there was no response from TRIDENT and no calls . i hve been repeatedly calling them they speak in high voice and doesnt respond to my problem. Even my recharge amount have been expired. Kindly check this and solve.
